Setting Up

Setting up Pumptron is easy: Turn POWER ON, then press START/RESET button, the yellow light turns ON for ten seconds priming time. During that period adjust the little  screw in DETECTOR ADJUSTMENT until the green light turns ON. The pump runs under protection and control. This adjustment is performed only the first time and must not be altered if malfunctions are detected.

WATER RECOVERY TIMER is adjusted according to the bore productivity. At the end of this time the pump starts automatically and run until water is exhausted, then the timer takes over again and the cycle continues until the tank is full or it is turned manually OFF.

If  an overload is detected, it stops the pump and PUMP OVERLOAD red light flashes. Pressing START/RESET restarts; if the condition persist it stops instantly, otherwise the system resumes normal operation. Overload condition cancels out the ten seconds priming time.

If a level detecting device is plugged in LEVEL SWITCH, the pump  stops once the level of water is reached and restarts when the level drops. The bore system runs automatically, protected and controlled.
